Friday Nite Bites

Friday Nite Bites is Carbondale’s newest community gathering space, bringing food trucks, local vendors, and residents together at The Crossroads at Topeka & Main.

These family-friendly events are designed to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere where visitors can enjoy a variety of food options, outdoor seating, and time spent with friends, family, and neighbors.

Friday Nite Bites events will take place on the first Friday of each month.
In addition to scheduled event nights, approved food trucks may also set up at The Crossroads outside of event hours as availability allows.

Event schedules, participating vendors, and updates will be shared on the City of Carbondale website and social media channels throughout the season.
