Both lanes of Topeka Avenue from 4th st terr. to 141st st will be CLOSED to all access this morning while a house is transported through Carbondale. CPD and Public Works will begin road closures at 9:00 am and will be reopen access when the transport has passed. Please allow additional time for delays and plan an alternate route. Additional closures will be made by Osage County Sheriff's office and Overbrook PD as the house travels to rural douglas county.
